- Breakfast
- Lunch

The period between lunch and dinner is called tea time.
Breakfast :-
Let's talk about breakfast. In Pakistan, there are many breakfast options that are famous all around the country, and the people of Pakistan avail of these options according to their moods and preferences. In breakfast, the most common thing is Nan or pharata, a kind of bread made with flour and ghee or oil. In villages, they use Desi ghee or fresh butter instead of oil or ghee, which is mostly used in pharata with fried eggs, omelettes, half omelettes, channa, nihari, payaeh, etc.
Nihari and payaeh are the special items in breakfast. Payaeh is the meat of buffalo or cow feet, and bong is a juicy part of the shin of a buffalo or cow. Nihari is also a gravy with full, tender, and juicy meat of chicken, buffalo, cow, or goat.
Some people who like some sweetness in their breakfasts eat halwa puri. Halwa poori contains halwa, which is made of suji, sugar, and ghee, and poori, which is made of all-purpose flour and oil.

Lunch:-
At lunchtime, hundreds of options are available, including meat, vegetables, rice, and many kinds of dals, etc.
Usually lunch is prepared in homes, but it is also prepared in hotels and on food carts.
Dinner:-
Dinner routine is different but somewhere similar to lunch. In metropolises, huge numbers of people eat their dinner with their families or friends in hotels and food carts. Dinner is also a time of gathering for people with their fellows, families, or relatives. In dinner, many options are available, for example, bar bq, andeh wala Burger, dahi balas, shami anda, karahi of different types, dry meats, etc.
